About
I’m Eugenia Maksymova, an ad specialist deeply immersed in data, analytics, and ad algorithms. I love it when marketing is not based on intuition but on predictability. When every click isn’t just traffic, but actual business value.
Since 2021, I’ve been learning at PROANALYTICS.ACADEMY and constantly testing new approaches, technologies, and integrations. I have hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and in recent years I've been actively working to make clients’ ad accounts AI ready.
For me, it’s not just about setting up a campaign — it’s about teaching it to think in favor of the business. I love making complex things simple — that’s why I created a course on Enhanced Conversions, give lectures, and write articles.
I’m also a mom of two boys who teach me creativity, patience, and how to explain Google Tag Manager in words that even a schoolkid could (almost) understand :) I love good coffee, black humor in JavaScript syntax, travel, and the relentless urge to automate everything to avoid doing “monkey job.”
