Alona Aniaikina

I started my marketing journey in 2022 as a member of AIESEC, an international volunteer organization — first in event management, then as a team leader in communications with international NGOs, and later as a coordinator in the marketing department. That's where I realized marketing was the direction I wanted to grow in.

In 2024, I joined PROANALYTICS.ACADEMY as a marketing assistant, and I'm now working as a marketer. What I love most about the work is the moment when an idea turns into a finished piece of content, a campaign, or a launch — and then you get to see the results.

Outside of work, my heart belongs to figure skating — I've been doing it since childhood and still find time to get on the ice. I also love traveling, trying good food (especially chocolate), and painting by numbers.
